1. Introduction

2. Description of Services
The website offers handmade pet products for sale, including leashes, collars, toys, accessories, and other related items. Each product is handmade and may present slight variations in color, size, or materials compared to the photos displayed on the website.
3. Orders
- All products are handmade by us.
- An order is considered confirmed only after the payment has been successfully completed.
4. Prices & Payments
- All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
- We accept the available payment methods displayed during checkout.
- Payment details are not stored by us, but by the respective payment providers.
- In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order with full notification provided to the customer.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are shipped through partner courier companies
Delivery times depend on the destination area and the volume of the order.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties (courier services, strikes, weather conditions, etc.).
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout or displayed on the website.
6. Returns, Cancellations & Exchange Policy
6.1 General Terms
Due to the handmade nature of our products, special return conditions apply:
- We do not offer refunds unless the product is delivered with an actual defect.
- In the case of a returned product, only store credit will be provided.
The store credit:
- is issued within 5 business days
- can be used for a future order
- remains valid for 6 months
6.2 Product Exchanges
You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions:
- The product must be unused, clean, and in excellent condition.
- The product must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Exchanges are not accepted for personalized/custom-made products (e.g. custom names or colors requested by the customer).
- Shipping costs for returns and reshipments are the responsibility of the customer.
6.3 Defective Products
In the event that you receive a defective product:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- You may be asked to provide photos of the issue for review.
- If the defect is confirmed, the product will be replaced free of charge.
- If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.
- Return and reshipping costs will be covered by us.
Note: Minor variations resulting from handmade production are not considered defects.
6.4 Responsibility During Returns
- The customer is responsible for the product until it is received by us.
- We recommend sending the return with a tracking number.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content (including images, texts, logos, and designs) is the intellectual property of the business and is protected by applicable law. Any reproduction or use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Personal Data – GDPR
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the GDPR and is fully described in the website’s Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products.
- Our liability is limited to the purchase value of the product.

These Terms are governed by Greek law. In the event of any dispute, the courts of the company’s registered seat shall have jurisdiction.
