Orders & Returns Policy
- Orders
- All our products are handmade and made to order, and may therefore present slight variations in color, size, or texture.
- An order is considered confirmed once the payment has been completed.
After confirmation, orders cannot be cancelled, as the production process begins immediately.
2. Right of Return
Due to the handmade nature of our products:
We do not offer refunds
(except in cases of defective products – detailed below).
In case of a returned product, only store credit will be issued,
which can be used for future purchases.
The store credit:
- is issued within 5 business days after receiving the returned product
- is valid for 6 months
3. Product Exchanges
- You may exchange a product within 14 days of receiving it.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and without any signs of wear.
Shipping costs for returning the product and sending the new item are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges for personalized or custom-made sizes/colors may not be possible.
4. Defective Products
If you receive a product with a genuine defect:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue.
- The product will either be replaced at no cost, or a refund will be issued if replacement is not possible.
Return shipping costs are covered by us.
5. Return Conditions
For a return or exchange to be accepted:
- The product must be in its original condition.
- It must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Used products are not eligible for return or exchange.
6. Shipping & Responsibility for Returns
The customer is solely responsible for the product until it is received by us.
We recommend sending returns with a tracking number.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage during the return shipment.
